How do I get help with Canvas?

After you log into Canvas, select the help icon in the lower-left navigation bar. You will see options for starting a support chat, email, or phone call. Canvas support is available 24/7, 365 days a year!

If they are not able to solve your issue, they will escalate your issue, and someone will respond as soon as possible.
