What is Directory Information?

Directory information includes the student's name, field of study, dates of attendance, degree and honors awarded, and enrollment status.

ACHS adheres to the standard definition of directory information, as set forth in FERPA. Directory information may be released at the discretion of the Registrar. However, if a student does not wish any of this information to be released, they can notify the Registrar in writing to withhold director information. The request must be renewed each year in writing by the end of the second week of the term.
