What is the application process at ACHS?
The steps below cover everything you need to do to submit a complete application. Contact your Admissions Advisor if you have questions
- Visit the ACHS.edu main website and select Apply Now. Or click here to navigate directly to the application.
- Reserve 30-60 minutes to complete the application in one visit.
- Enter the most current contact information. If you have multiple addresses, enter the address where your materials need to be shipped. If you have concerns about having materials delivered, please discuss this with your Admissions Advisor during your Academic Planning session.
- Some fields are required (marked with *), and some are optional. Leaving optional fields blank does not impact the potential admissions decision.
- For the long-form questions, please take your time and enter a detailed response. These responses will be read and considered by the Admissions Committee as a part of their holistic review for admission to the program. If your Advisor believes your answer(s) does not provide enough information for the Committee, they may ask for more information and/or have you complete a new application.
- Read all disclosures and policies linked on the application and indicate that you have read and understand them before submitting your application.
- Once you are comfortable with your full application, click Submit.
- Your Admissions Advisor will be notified that you have submitted your application and will be in touch as soon as possible with the next steps.
- After your have submitted your application you can:
- Start requesting official transcripts from your previous institutions to be sent directly to our Registrar.
- Upload a picture of your valid government ID here.
- If you are applying for the Doctor of Science program, your advisor will assist you with setting up a meeting with the Academic Dean.
- These documents are required for your application to be considered complete, and for the Admissions Committee to review your file.
