How do I request a verification of enrollment?

You may call the Registrar’s Office at 800-487-8839 or send an email registrar@achs.edu to request a verification of enrollment. ACHS discloses information of a confidential nature only to the student, to a parent/guardian claiming that the student is a dependent (as demonstrated through the provision of a copy of the parent/ guardian’s most recent federal income tax return), or to a third party upon receipt of expressed written permission of the student.

You can also print an unofficial transcript and record of courses on the student portal.
